We updated how the app references its favicon and icons so the latest osschat branding shows up reliably in browsers and when sharing links.
Fixes
Browsers can aggressively cache favicons and related icons, which caused the updated branding to not appear in production even after a hard refresh. Icon and image URLs now include a versioned query string so they are treated as new resources and refresh correctly.
This applies across the app, including the PWA manifest icons, the browser tab favicon and apple touch icon, and the social share preview images (Open Graph and Twitter).
