New in This Release
The frontend has been rewritten on TanStack Start (Vite) with TanStack Router. This lays the foundation for a more consistent, app-like navigation experience across key pages.
Authentication has moved from WorkOS to Better Auth with GitHub OAuth. This updates how you sign in and how sessions are managed.
Chat AI access is now unified on the OpenRouter SDK, replacing the previous AI Gateway approach. You can use the app’s hosted usage with a small daily allowance, or optionally connect your own OpenRouter account for higher usage.
The sidebar UI has been updated with a T3.chat-style rounded corner notch.
Notable Changes
The previous Next.js frontend has been deprecated and kept as a legacy reference under apps/web-old.
